Research Journal in Informatics and Communication Technology.  Editorial Introduction :  Praise be to Allah SWT, who with His grace, the preparation of the Incomtech Journal volume 10 No.1 June 2021 can be completed. In making the journal volume 10, the first in 2021, the editor accepts authors from outside the institution, namely from Raharja University, it is hoped that this collaboration will continue by exchanging writings from each institution in the hope of adding insight from each author. The editor feels that there are still many shortcomings, both technically in writing and in the content of the material, for that we will accept criticism and suggestions from anyone, finally the editor hopes that Allah will reward those who have provided assistance. The editors are still waiting for writings that can fill the next edition of the Incomtech Journal, so that our knowledge sharing can increase.
