Abstract

Performance valuation is an activity comparing actual performance with standards set by the company which is then linked to the vision carried out by the company. At the moment the employee performance valuation on PD. Palmaeka, is still done manually by referring to predetermined tables, employee appraisals require a long time in performance appraisal and receive the results of the appraisal, and often even errors occur in the appraisal process. From these problems, researchers made web-based employee performance valuation application system, using data collection methods of interviews with field mentors, literature studies that support problem solving, and Unified Modeling Language (UML) for system design and software testing. It is expected that this analysis can produce data accuracy, speed up the employee appraisal process, and the resulting data is stored properly so that it is easy to find if at any time needed.Keywords: Valuation, Employees, Unified Modeling Language
