Abstract

PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk is a government-owned financial institution that processes the inflow and outflow of customer funds and also maintains the confidentiality of customer data, one of which is the Safe Deposit Box (SDB). Safe deposit box is a safe deposit box for treasures or securities which is specially designed from steel and placed in a vault or cupboard specially designed for this purpose. The safe deposit box rental process has several problems, namely customers who came previously did not know the stock of boxes that were still available, the length of information on box availability because customers had to wait for existing customers, and the unavailability of stock reports on the availability of boxes that could be rented out. In defining needs and analysis and system design for the company, data collection methods are needed by means of literature study, observation and interviews, the result is that there is a need for designing an SDB rental information system that exists in the company.
