Implementasi AoIP Jaringan GSM Dengan Co-Transmission UMTS

Abstract

This thesis report about implementation abis over ip in BTS GSM using nodeB UMTS network transmision as co-transmision. This method will support internet protocol (IP) from UMTS networking. Co-transmision is applying both backplane and cable intallation. Co-transmission backplane installed in BTS using GTMU (GSM Transmission and Management Unit for the BBU) were installed at BBU ( Baseband Unit ) similar with WMPT (WCDMA Main Processes and Transmission unit) nodeB. Co-transmission cable installed in different BBU at the same place. The speed of transfering data applicate co-transmission in GSM network has reached 100Mbps using port eth0 and 1000Mbps in port eth1. The result of implementation co-transmission in RKKLGADING site gain traffic payload after configuration had reached 94,077 MB.
