PENGEMBANGAN SIM E-GOVERNMENT PENDAPATAN DAERAH DENGAN METODE AGILE (PXP)
Abstract
Currently, Regional Autonomy has great authority over local governments, both city governments and district governments. Thus, local governments must prepare physical, social and technological infrastructure. Local governments on average already have various regional revenue information systems (SIMPATDA), but there are still many that do not go through a comprehensive and integrated master plan. Meanwhile, the system that produces the required information between fields still uses manual data sources which are sometimes incomplete. The author makes a study on the Regional Revenue E-Government Management Information System (SIMPATDA) with the reference is Law No.28 of 2009 concerning Regional Taxes and Regional Levies. In addition, the author as a lecturer wants to apply the Agile Personal Extreme Programming Method with 7 stages consisting of: 1. Requirements, 2. Planning, 3. Iteration, 4.Initialization, 5.Design, 6.Implementation, 7. Retrospective. Keywords: SIM E-Government, Regional Income, Agile, Personal Extreme Programming
