One example of information technology innovation is applied in donations and fundraising. </em>Tangan Baik<em> is a website-based information system that aims to make it easier for donors to make donations and raise funds easily and quickly. User interfaces are created to make information technology easier for users to use. Good user interface design and a great user experience on a website will keep visitors on the website. Conversely, if a website has a bad interface design or user experience, users will feel uncomfortable and leave the website. In designing the UI/UX of the </em>Tangan Baik<em> website, creating an interface prototype design using the Figma application. The method used to design the UI/UX of the </em>Tangan Baik<em> website uses the Tingking Design method which has 5 phases, namely Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype and Testing. Diabetes is a chronic, chronic disease that often occurs as a result of disturbances in the body's metabolism which are often found with excessive blood sugar levels. The cause is due to changes in lifestyle, including frequent consumption of ready-to-eat food and sweet foods/drinks, smoking and alcoholic drinks. These changes and habits not only trigger diabetes mellitus but also other non-communicable diseases such as cardiovascular disease. Predictions about diabetes can be produced by collecting information about diabetes sufferers which is stored in a database, after which the data is processed and the results will form a certain pattern, where the final results can be used to diagnose diabetes. The aim of this research is to design a diabetes checking application using the Agile Scrum method which users use to check how many percent are affected by diabetes by answering several questions that have been prepared by the system. Previous research utilized the Haar Cascade Classifier to detect faces in real-time from a webcam (Abidin, 2018). This research focuses on developing a microsleep detection system with several stages, including eye identification via the Haar Cascade Classifier, detection of open/closed eye conditions via a Convolutional Neural Network, and drowsiness detection based on microsleep theory. That's why the writer wanted to know how the application of balanced scorecard during this run the company and examine its impact on the company's performance. Data collection techniques include primary data by conducting interviews, deployment questioner and direct observation and secondary data to obtain documentation of the company and literature related to the research topic. Results of research have shown that the application of the balanced scorecard as a performance measurement system PT. Bank </em><em>Mandiri Tbk.</em><em> has executed quite well. Advantages and disadvantages of performance in each perspective an impact either directly or indirectly to the performance in other perspectives to the financial perspective.
