Abstrak

Twitter is a social media application that is useful for giving an opinion on things that are happening or trending. One of the topics is that Twitter users express their disappointment with the Phase 4 MCU project produced by Marvel Studios. This study aims to determine the sentiment on the topic using the lexicon method. The lexicon method is a method that classifies sentiment into three classes, namely, negative sentiment, positive sentiment, and neutral sentiment. This research resulted in negative sentiments of 373 opinions with a percentage of 42.53%, positive sentiments of 251 opinions with a percentage of 28.52%, neutral sentiments of 253 opinions with a percentage of 28.84%.
