ANALISA PROSES PRODUKSI JIG UNTUK PERAKITAN PINTU DEPAN MOBIL X

Abstrak

Jig utilising for helping automotive production proccess at PT. X  has very good prospect, for indonesian automotive technological development generally. It can because in automotive industrial uses Jig very helpful to operator who is required to produce very high quality and quantity product. As Jig’s production is need long time and very complicated, beside a lot numbers of operators,  so it get many problems to solve to. Right strategy has to be done to solve it, such as observing Standard Operation Procedure  is it can do well or it has some injauourable variances did by operators. Some ways to solve the problem or fixed up some damages at every process, then all we must do is cleaning tool after using it, routine checking, and repairing broken component.   Keyword : Jig, Automotive
