Abstrak

The reconstruction technique is part of the product life cycle, with the reconstruction technique easier in developing products that do not have or lose technical data. 3D reconstruction techniques using silicon rubber printing techniques can be used especially for the invisible parts, so with this technique does not damage the impeller to be reconstructed. In this research begins by doing viscosity test using falling ball method, then mixing silicone rubber with catalyst or herderner 4% for 30 minutes drying time. A tensile test is needed to find out whether the silicone rubber is deformed after being pulled or broken. The result of 3D impeller reconstruction is obtained as follows: 𝐷1=41 𝑚𝑚, 𝐷2=128 𝑚𝑚, 𝑧=6, 𝑏1=7 𝑚𝑚,𝑏2=4 𝑚, z = 6 pieces, 𝛽1=148,11° and, 𝛽2=163,36°. After validation of 3D impeller reconstruction technique, it was found that with 75 liters / minute capacity in obtaining pump head 29,18 meters, the result of accuracy of reconstruction technique using silicone rubber is 97%. Silicone rubber can be used for 3D reconstruction process. The advantages of this method, among others, the cost to reconstruct 3D is very affordable, can be done in the field where the product is located (portable) and the results are accurate.
