INFORMATION SYSTEM of ADMINISTRATION AND PAYMENT WEB-BASED IN SMKN 1 CIOMAS BOGOR

Abstract

The development of information, communication and technology in the world of education can be applied to process administrative data and student payments, especially in Vocational High Schools (SMK) Negeri 1 Ciomas. The design of administrative and payment information systems makes it easier for parents to make payments and obtain the information needed by using internet services. The use of internet services in the school environment is needed to introduce the school's profile to the wider community so that people can easily get information about schools, speed up and simplify data processing that can be input anywhere and anytime because of internet access. By using RAD as a research methodology and analysis using Data Flow Diagrams, Flowmaps, Flowcharts, with programming languages PHP, MySQL and Dreamweaver. The result is an administrative and payment information system that makes it easier for parents to be able to access themselves online and makes it easy for schools to find data and make payment data reports.Keywords :Information system, Administration, Payment, Data Flow Diagram, Flowmap
