DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT OF A WEB-BASED APPLICATION SCHEDULING SYSTEM FOR WEB-BASED EMPLOYEES IN THE STATISTIC CENTER OF TANGERANG CITY

Abstract

The Central Statistics Agency of Tangerang City has an Administration section tasked with makingscheduling of work assignments that must be recorded manually and must equalize time, to become lessefficient and effective. Researchers collect data by observing, interviewing, and studying literature. Inthis study, the authors used the PIECES analysis method to analyze the needs and use the UnifiedModeling Language (UML) as a tool for making model designs and designs. This research resulted ina web-based field assignment schedule application made with PHP as the programming language andMySQL as a database. With the creation of a web-based scheduling application, it aims to build anapplication system that can overcome problems that occur in the Central Statistics Agency of the Cityof Tangerang. It can be concluded that this application has 2 users namely the Head of AdministrativeSection as an admin which is tasked with processing employee data and schedule data, employees cansee the schedule created by the admin and can input the target task report..Keywords: Application, Scheduling, Field Work Tasks, Web
