DESIGN OF AN EMPLOYEE WAGE CALCULATION INFORMATION SYSTEM IN SMAN 13 TANGERANG DISTRICT

Abstract

This research aims to make the calculation Information System Design Honor Officer SMAN 13 Tangerang Regency. SMAN 13 Tangerang Regency is a business entity engaged in the field of education facing problems in processing data relating to salaries to other benefits to obtain the information needed, sometimes not accurate or timely. Whereas the processing of such data is essential to generate recapitulation honorium teachers. Salary calculation system which runs currently at SMAN 13 Tangerang regency done by means of semi-computerized, which was limited to data storage and report generation using Microsoft Exel and the rest is still manual. So frequent errors in the calculation of fees and the workmanship also requires quite a long time. To obtain the data needed for the study, the authors use several methods, among others: interviews, observation, and literature study. The data obtained were analyzed and described in the form of Use Case using UML software ver 6.4. The end result of this research is in the form of salary calculation Information System to facilitate the finance department to process the salary calculation.
