Abstract

The curriculum is a set of subjects provided by an educational provider that contains lesson plans that will be given to participants in one period of education. The curriculum is intended to be able to direct education towards the direction and objectives intended in overall learning activities. Because the curriculum in each tertiary institution is different, a system that can equalize or convert courses is needed. Conversion or equalization of courses is carried out on transfer students, both from the Diploma to the Bachelor level or from the original College to the Raharja College. Based on the analysis of the current system, the results show that the current system still has shortcomings and still requires a lot of developments in terms of displaying information systems that are in accordance with user needs and are well integrated, as evidenced by the current system conversion course at Raharja College still using the Ms.Excel application. To obtain the data needed during research, the authors use several methods, including: interviews, observations, literature studies, analysis and design methods. To create an effective and efficient conversion system a web-based system application is needed. The final result of this study is in the form of a course conversion system that will make it easier for the Raharja College to equalize courses in the old curriculum to the new curriculum. The results of this study are expected to be beneficial for the management of Raharja University. Keywords : curriculum, conversion, courses
