Abstract

The number of games that become entertainment for the people who play it, especially in children is still a problem that is often discussed because of the impact can be negative and positive. Though not all, but there are still games that are monotonous, lacking in terms of appearance and absence of educational elements contained therein. To deal with this problem then made the game Finding Sea are implemented to train the brain and thinking the child as well as games that can be used as a means of entertainment. The achievements or goals in this game refers to the score obtained by the player. In this case the software used is Scratch 1.4. Advantages presented of this software is expected to provide answers to the problems that have so far about the negative impact of a game can be to a more positive impact. By utilizing the menus and instructions on Scratch 1.4 software can make this software an option to create a useful and entertaining game.Keyword : game, software, Scratch 1.4
