DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT OF WEB-BASED TASK SCHEDULING APPLICATION SYSTEM FOR EMPLOYEES AT THE CENTER FOR STATISTICS OF TANGERANG CITY

Abstract

The Central Statistics Agency of Tangerang City has an Administration section tasked with making scheduling of work assignments that must be recorded manually and must equalize time, to become less efficient and effective. Researchers collect data by observing, interviewing, and studying literature. In this study, the authors used the PIECES analysis method to analyze the needs and use the Unified Modeling Language (UML) as a tool for making model designs and designs. This research resulted in a web-based field assignment schedule application made with PHP as the programming language and MySQL as a database. With the creation of a web-based scheduling application, it aims to build an application system that can overcome problems that occur in the Central Statistics Agency of the City of Tangerang. It can be concluded that this application has 2 users namely the Head of Administrative Section as an admin which is tasked with processing employee data and schedule data, employees can see the schedule created by the admin and can input the target task report..Keywords : Application, Scheduling, Field Work Tasks, Web
