WEB-BASED DESIGN OF INFORMATION SYSTEMS FOR INCOMING AND OUTCOMING AT VOCATIONAL SCHOOL OF PARADUTA BANGSA TANGERANG SELATAN

Abstract

A computer is an electronic device that is used to process data by agencies – government agencies and private. Use of this computer should match the needs of the organizations that use it, either software or hardware so that the computer can be used as best as possible. In addition, the computer had a usefulness in detecting a data error in sports and can perform work outside of the human ability to delay a job can be avoided. As with any Neighborhood Offices often face problems of SMK Paraduta Bangsa North Serpong on logging incoming mail and outgoing mail. Systems that are running currently a semi computerized systems still use so that the system is effective and efficient. In data processing incoming mail and outgoing mail at the village of SMK Paraduta Bangsa North Serpong conducted by the archiving still has some drawbacks such as, in the recording of data on incoming mail and outgoing mail should still be in the record and published in logging incoming mail and outgoing mail, this has resulted in information on serve late. In addition the data logging process still semi computerized and not using an application program. Based on the above issue then the researchers propose a new system of doing logging incoming mail and outgoing mail, a system that has a data storage. So hopefully with the new system can reduce the occurrence of errors when entering data, and data processing into fast so that the making of the report does not take a long time and the resulting reports in accordance with the existing data, so data management expect become better and stronger security.
