Abstract

PT. Sintech Berkah Abadi is a company engaged in the software house, which is where the study analyzes the assessment of existing customers in the company. Writing is entitled "Application Systems Customer Penilaiaan As Decision Support In Determining Product Quality At PT. Sintech Eternal Blessing "with 3 problems, 1. This system is still using paper media, 2. Storage is not good, 3. Making a report that is not fast. This study aims to facilitate in running the existing procedures, creating an effective and efficient applications and accelerate in preparing reports. In this research using research methodology: analysis method used is PIECES Analysis (Performance, Information, Economy, Control, Eficiency and Service), data collection method used (observation, interview and literature study) design method used is HIPO (Hierarchy Input Output Process) and Unified Modeling Language (UML). The authors get the results of research that the customer appraisal application system can be used as an alternative problem solving in optimizing customer rating system existing in the company, so the customer will be more comfortable in the assessment and the company will more quickly get the results from the customer.Keywords: Assessment System, Customer Satisfaction, Corporate Service
