Abstract

Internet customer complaints at PT Mitra Solusi Internet Pondok Rajeg are still manual, where customers who want to make complaints must come directly to the office, with a website-based system, it is hoped that it will facilitate the process of submitting complaints to internet customers, and also using the rot13 algorithm and rail fence cipher to secure complaint data, the modeling used is the UML (Unified Modeling Language) method, this system is built using the PHP programming language, Laravel framework, and MySQL as the database. The rot13 algorithm and rail fence cipher can be used in this application to secure data in the database, the system tests carried out show that the application is running well.Keywords : Customer Complaint, Website, Laravel, Rot13, Rail Fence Cipher
