Abstract

Currently, the development of technology and information is very rapid. One of the uses of current technology is the vehicle monitoring system. In the Department of Transportation of Tangerang Regency, the vehicle monitoring system is still being processed manually, using a tap counter, making it less effective and efficient. Therefore, the author wants to develop a vehicle monitoring system based on machine learning and artificial intelligence. In this study, data collection was carried out by means of observation, interviews and literature study. UML is used for system modeling, and system analysis is carried out using the PIECES method. The result of this research is a machine learning-based vehicle monitoring prototype design that can be further developed into a functional website.Keywords : Transportation, Machine Learning, UML, PIECES
