IDENTIFIKASI POTENSI OBJEK WISATA DI WANA GRIYA, KECAMATAN PARUNG, KABUPATEN BOGOR

Abstract

ABSTRACT The Wana Griya tourism area is a tourist area located in Parung sub-district that uses an artificial beach as its main tourist attraction. The tourism management added supporting properties to make it look like a real beach. Apart from the artificial beach, in this area there is a water park that has water rides available specifically for children. The management has also equipped this beach tourist area with a number of other tourist attractions, such as a Korean park, a fishing area, and a 3D cinema. This research aims to identify tourist attractions through tourism planning principles. This research is qualitative with analytical and descriptive methods. Data collection was carried out using observation, interviews, and literature study methods. The research results show that the Wana Griya area has various potentials to be developed by the community as a tourist destination in terms of the components of attractions, accessibility, and amenities, but improvements are still needed in each of these aspects.
