One example of a video that has become widely circulated and has shocked the world is a video about the riot that occurred at the Kanjuruhan stadium in Malang. This study aims to determine sentiment in the video case of the Malang Kanjuruhan Stadium tragedy using the lexicon method. The lexicon method is a method of classifying sentiment into three classes, namely positive, negative and neutral. This research uses data from the comments column of the tiktok video which was uploaded on October 11 2022 about the Malang kanjuruhan stadium tragedy, out of 524 data lines only 519 data lines were selected after carrying out the text preprocessing stage. This research uses Visual Studio Code software with several additional libraries. Because of the poor reporting system which is currently ineffective, the purpose of creating this system is to simplify the process of calculating inventory in order to be more effective and efficient. The author also uses several methods, namely data collection, such as interviews, observation, and literature review. After that the analysis continues on the SWOT method, this method describes the strengths and weaknesses of the system, then after that looks for a solution to the solution. Furthermore, the system description uses UML (Unified Modeling Language). With educational games, it is hoped that they can attract elementary school students' interest and simplify the learning process at school. The existence of the internet makes the amount of data contained on the website increase, so we need an efficient method to collect a lot of data on a website, and web scraping is one of them. In this study, the researchers implemented the web scraping method on the myanimelist.net site which is the largest community and database of anime and manga in the world. The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between the seiyuu (voice actors) and the anime they play through correlation. This research method broadly consists of five stages, including data extracting, data cleansing, data processing, statistical testing, and data visualization. The research tools used for scraping are beautifulsoup and pandas which are python libraries, while the tools for processing and analyzing scraping data are collaborative google and pandas which are data processing applications. The results of this study indicate that web scraping can be implemented on the myanimelist.net site effectively. Researchers were able to collect 54298 rows of data from 275 people within 8 days. And the implementation of the teaching and learning process to enable students ' learning is not easy, because in each learning method there are certain obstacles. One of the obstacles faced by the teacher is the lack of interest in learning from students so that students become lazy and saturated in learning activities and learning difficulties in the XI class that are in field work practice (PKL) in following the learning. Learning in SMK Kusuma Bangsa during the process of learning teaching between students and teachers can only be done on the condition of meeting between students and teachers in the classroom. If learning is still conventional then automatically the learning process will be hampered because of the limited learning time. This research aims to help students learn because there are several functions such as downloading material, doing exercises, exams and can communicate directly with the teacher through discussion forum, so that students no longer need to learn in a conventional way because all the data needed by the students are provided. The current growing method is e-learning. Using data analysis methods in the form of SWOT analysis and object-oriented system analysis using UML approach, this research generates an application that can be used to help facilitate the learning process, do not have to meet face to face or come directly to the school to practice problems and tutoring learning but can use this online based system outside the school environment. Starting with the technique of determining the number of respondents (voters), along with a list of polling stations that must be occupied by Quick-Count volunteers, one of which depends on the computational method used. Until it culminates in determining the initial data grouping pattern between Heterogens groups represented by the Stratified Field Sampling (SFS) Method. The research data was obtained from the web vote count results of the 2019 Presidential & Vice Presidential Elections of Jakarta. And the use of optimization methods in SFS produces accuracy values. The peak of effectiveness and efficiency of a Quick Count process is at a confidence value of 99%, Margin of Error 0.01%, with the number of polling stations selected 0.21% of the population. Systems that are running currently a semi computerized systems still use so that the system is effective and efficient. In data processing incoming mail and outgoing mail at the village of SMK Paraduta Bangsa North Serpong conducted by the archiving still has some drawbacks such as, in the recording of data on incoming mail and outgoing mail should still be in the record and published in logging incoming mail and outgoing mail, this has resulted in information on serve late. In addition the data logging process still semi computerized and not using an application program. Based on the above issue then the researchers propose a new system of doing logging incoming mail and outgoing mail, a system that has a data storage. So hopefully with the new system can reduce the occurrence of errors when entering data, and data processing into fast so that the making of the report does not take a long time and the resulting reports in accordance with the existing data, so data management expect become better and stronger security.
